18” sized luggage will fit all cabin airline restrictions including Ryanair and Easyjet (50x40x20cm)

21” sized luggage will fit 90% of cabin airline restrictions including Ryanair, but NOT Easyjet. (55x40x20cm)

26” sized luggage is the ideal suitcase for those checking in 15kg of luggage for a min-break or week away

29” sized luggage is great for a longer trip where you need multiple outfits and room for your souvenirs!

32” sized luggage is perfect for family holidays, fitting all the essentials in one case.

Delivery

Luggage Travel Bags offers Free Delivery on all orders to Mainland UK.

We aim to dispatch the items within 1 working day and deliver between 3-5 working days from receipt of payment (excluding Bank Holidays). We offer expedited delivery services for an additional charge.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. Unfortunately we are not able to deliver at weekends.

A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery.

If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a calling card to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow instructions on this card). Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour - you will be advised of this on the calling card. It is your responsibility to make sure somebody is in to take delivery. After three failed delivery attempts the item will be returned to us and we’ll get in touch to organise

Collection Service

We also offer a collection service from our warehouse in Barking, Essex. If you’d like to pick up your item from us then please buy and send us a message to let us know you're wishing to collect your item. We’ll need 2 hours notice before a pickup, and pick ups can only be made between 10am-4pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Please bring a copy of the invoice with you as well as a form of ID.

Occasionally, things can go wrong and delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control and we apologise if your parcel hasn't arrived as expected. In the case of extreme weather conditions for example, we will update this page with the latest updates.

Returns

Returns Policy

Luggage Travel Bags will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of receipt. All products we sell are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee, so just return them to us unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition and we will give you a refund.

If you’ve paid an additional postal charge for your order, unfortunately we will not be able to refund this charge if you change your mind.

Condition of returns

Whilst you are deciding whether to retain your purchase, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods. It's important that returned items are in the best possible condition. Please take care to not damage the goods whilst you inspect them (this also includes the packaging).

Please ensure that you return the original undamaged packaging along with the item/s you are unhappy with. Please ensure you include all paperwork such as the invoice that you received so we know which order to refund. Please also include a reason for the return.

Faulty Products

If there is a manufacturer fault with the product we will give you a replacement or an alternative product or you can opt for a refund. The alternative product will be of similar size/specification but may not be the same pattern/colour. We do not cover damage caused by airline handling. Please claim this via the airline directly.

This provision does not affect your Statutory Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, full details of which are available from your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards department.

Returns procedure

Please message us prior to returning to advise that you wish to return an item so we can confirm a refund or exchange is possible. Postage will be paid by you in this instance. We recommend you send via registered methods with proof of postage.

If you are returning a item with a manufacturing fault then message us and we will arrange a pick-up at a convenient time for you.

Refunds will be granted with 7 working days of receipt.
