Returns Policy

Luggage Travel Bags will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of receipt. All products we sell are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee, so just return them to us unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition and we will give you a refund.

If you’ve paid an additional postal charge for your order, unfortunately we will not be able to refund this charge if you change your mind.

Condition of returns

Whilst you are deciding whether to retain your purchase, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods. It's important that returned items are in the best possible condition. Please take care to not damage the goods whilst you inspect them (this also includes the packaging).

Please ensure that you return the original undamaged packaging along with the item/s you are unhappy with. Please ensure you include all paperwork such as the invoice that you received so we know which order to refund. Please also include a reason for the return.

Faulty Products

If there is a manufacturer fault with the product we will give you a replacement or an alternative product or you can opt for a refund. The alternative product will be of similar size/specification but may not be the same pattern/colour. We do not cover damage caused by airline handling. Please claim this via the airline directly.

This provision does not affect your Statutory Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, full details of which are available from your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards department.

Returns procedure

Please message us prior to returning to advise that you wish to return an item so we can confirm a refund or exchange is possible. Postage will be paid by you in this instance. We recommend you send via registered methods with proof of postage.

If you are returning a item with a manufacturing fault then message us and we will arrange a pick-up at a convenient time for you.

Refunds will be granted with 7 working days of receipt.
